Invoices for bol.com sellers, made and sent on their own.

Hamiku is for sellers on bol.com, the Dutch and Belgian marketplace. Every order can need an invoice: the seller sends one to the customer, and buyers can also ask for one through bol.

Done by hand, that means copying order data into an invoice, keeping the numbering continuous, emailing the PDF, and uploading it again when a buyer asks. The work is the same every time, and there is more of it with every order.

• Official connection only. Hamiku connects through the official bol.com Retailer API. Credentials are encrypted at rest and the service is hosted in the EU, with GDPR in mind.
• No surprises from the past. Orders from before activation are shown separately, and nothing is done with them automatically.
• One invoice, one original. The PDF emailed to the customer is the same PDF uploaded to bol when a buyer asks for an invoice.
• Status per channel. Issuing, email and bol upload each have their own status, so the seller sees exactly what happened to every invoice.

• Invoices created and emailed automatically for eligible new orders after delivery, in the customer's language: Dutch, English or French.
• When a buyer requests an invoice through a supported bol request, Hamiku uploads the same original PDF.
• Continuous invoice numbering.
• Separate status for issuing, email and bol upload.
